Another Leak from Lil Wayne who is due to start jail sentence around February. Rumors are he is going to finish Tha Carter IV as well as his other studio albums before his sentence. That Carter IV may be released after he starts jail time but will be finished before. "No Ceiling" Mixtape in a week also.
